Interior Peachtree Moulding shapes have a minimum 1.5 lb. density and are installed with a drywall compound, eliminating the need for special tools, screws, nails or expensive toxic glues. Costly callbacks as a result of cracks and shrinkage are dramatically reduced.
Exterior Peachtree Moulding shapes have a minimum 1.0 lb. density foam and are installed with cementations adhesive or foam glue.
Mechanical fasteners may be required for certain installations.

1. Product Description
- Profiles are made of expanded polystyrene (EPS foam)
- Exterior foam shapes will have a layer of fiber mesh applied then coated with a polymer-modified cement. Surface is smooth and ready for final finishes.
- Interior shapes will consist of a flexible cementations coating ready for final finishes.
2. Design Limitations + Installation Requirements
- Make allowances to provide for expansion and contraction of components due to ambient temperature, variances, which may lead to buckling, joint seal failure and/or other effects detrimental to the appearance.
- Control joints should conform to substrate. Control joints must follow architect’s and/or manufacturer’s specifications on sealants.
- Do not apply urethane based finish coat to foam shapes.
3. Storage and Handling
- Store materials in a cool, sunlight free, dry location. Protect from weather or other damage.
4. Site Conditions
- Shapes should be installed in temperatures that are recommended by manufacturer(s) of the products being used to adhere shapes to substrates.
- Protect installed shapes from weather and other damage until sealants and flashing are complete.
5. Warranty
- All materials shall be warranted against defects for a period of one year from date of job site delivery.
- Warranty does not apply to material defects attributed to bad workmanship with respect to application, damage by others, acts of God or failure to comply with manufacturer specifications.
- Warranty on defective product will consist of replacing material only.
- Replacement product will be available from original purchased manufacturing location.
