Design Ideas
Searching for some design solutions? See the various ways in which our products have been installed.

No screws, nails, or smelly glues! Finally contractors, architects, and do-it-yourself homeowners can quickly and easily install durable, high-quality, low-maintenance millwork products without visible seams or nasty caulk marks at a significantly less cost to traditional wood. Profiles that would typically need at least two different forms with traditional materials can now be specified in one all-inclusive product!

Peachtree Moulding is an expanded polystyrene (EPS) custom millwork company. Our shapes are pre-coated expanded polystrene foam profiles that are custom-made for your interior and exterior applications. These architectural shapes have been designed for all sectors of the building industry and are an advanced and affordable alternative to conventional materials and methods in new construction, remodeling, or simply replacing old moulding.

Exposed caulk and separating traditional moulding seams can deteriorate the appearance of a room over time and decrease the value of your home or office. Our quality door and window trim adds definition to any space. With Peachtree Moulding, complex profiles that would ordinarily take at least four pieces take only one piece with Peachtree Moulding products for a clean-looking appearance.

To further cut down your installation time, Peachtree has pre-assembled and cut miter joints for both inside and outside corners and pre-manufactured outside returns available. Compare the difference below:

Traditional vs. Peachtree Molding

Joints formed between two consecutive pieces of moulding can appear practically invisible. In fact, our photographer had to be shown where the seam was located in order to take this picture!
